01.

Do you deliver the equipment to us?

Delivery + collection can be arranged upon request, normally charged at £1.50 per mile. When doing a custom quote we will factor in for delivery where appropriate. 

 

Delivery charges are reduced by 50% if one of our technicians is not required to visit the site twice (i.e. they are on site for the duration of the event).

What can I connect to your system?

All our systems have the ability to connect a 3.5mm minijack in to them. This is the same jack as the one that is found on 99% of phones, laptops, tablets and other devices. If you are wanting to connect your own DJ decks, laptops, or other devices etc., please let us know and we will be able to provide the correct cables for the job. There are no additional charges for this.

Do you take a deposit for equipment? 

If doing a dry hire (we leave you with the equipment for the event), we ask for an additional deposit of 50% the total hire cost (minimum of £50). We will also ask for a drivers license or passport upon delivery so that we may confirm your identity.

04.

Are you VAT registered? 

We are not VAT registered. The prices on our website are not subject to VAT so the price you see is the price you pay. 

We do, however, provide you with a full invoice for your records.

05.

Do you provide wireless microphones?

Unfortunately we do not yet offer wireless systems. We're always expanding our hire stock so keep an eye on this website.

06.

What are your Payment terms?

Payment terms are 20% by BACS / Cash to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before, or on delivery of the equipment.

We do not currently accept cards.
